Description
● To demonstrate that forces can be represented by vectors and that when equilibrium is achieved, the vector sum of all forces acting on the object is zero.
● Comprises of an aluminium table approx. 30cm in diameter graduated 0 – 360° x 1° running along the periphery in both directions and mounted on cast iron base. Height of table is approx. 300mm.
● Table has 4 detachable pulleys clamps of 50mm dia. that can be tightened anywhere along the periphery of the table.
● A detachable 10mm pin positioned at the center of the table indicates the balancing of forces through the centering of the ring. 4 cords tied to the ring run over the pulleys and hold slotted weights at the end through a ring.
● Supplied with 4 Clamp Pulleys, Cord, 4 sets of Slotted Weights of 280g each. (Slotted weight set: Hanger 1 x 100g, Slotted weights 1 x 100g, 1 x 50g, 1 x 20g, 1 x 10g).
